Return Policy

 

01. RETURNS & WARRANTY

All merchandise in unused condition may be returned for a refund within 90 days of purchase when accompanied by your receipt. All items need to be in their original packaging with tags on.

If used and found defective, or damaged upon receipt of your order please contact Just Raised Right Customer Service directly at info@justraisedright.com.

For unworn merchandise, we will issue a refund as long as the product is in its original condition. If you would like to make an exchange, simply return your items and place a new order for the desired merchandise. Defective merchandise will be evaluated upon receipt. If your product is deemed defective, we will issue a refund. If your product has been worn and returned being used, we will return your order back with no refund.

Gift Cards are non-refundable/returnable.

We will replace or refund within 90 days of the purchase date when accompanied by your receipt. Save your packing materials and manufacturers warranty together with your Just Raised Right sales receipt and/or invoice. After 90 days if you believe there to be a problem not caused by normal wear and tear, you should contact the manufacturer directly.

When returning merchandise to Just Raised Right, carefully wrap the items and return them Parcel Post insured or UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused. Enclose the return form on the reverse side of your invoice or a letter telling us the reason for the return, along with the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order.

Image colors may vary from screen to screen and because so, slight image color differences do not qualify as defective or mis-shipped and do not qualify for free return shipping.

 

02. Refunds

If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund which will appear on your credit card statement 3-5 business days from the return date. Purchases made by check or money order will be issued a refund check sent under separate cover.

 

03. Exchanges

We are no longer able to process exchanges. Please order your replacement item online.
